Cancellations due to inclement weather are fully refundable only when the activity is suspended by the port authorities. If the port remains open and the activity has not been canceled by the relevant authorities, we will proceed as planned. If the customer decides to cancel their reservation due to perceived unfavorable weather, please note that this will be treated as a voluntary cancellation. As such, no refund will apply.

This tour is fully private for your group only.

To reserve the service, a deposit of 125 USD is required, the rest will be paid at the time of check-in, by bank transfer or cash.

For this activity it is important to be 30 minutes prior to your meeting time.

All customers must present your admission tickets, the credit card with which they made their purchase and an official ID that matches the cardholder, at the time of check-in.

It is required that everyone under the age of 18 be accompanied by an adult. Be sure to bring the ID of the minors if required.

All activities are subject to weather conditions.

This activity requires an additional payment of dock fee; the price is 15 USD per group. Will be collected upon arrival.

The Tequila Tasting experience will take place before you board the boat.

Passport or official identification of your country (original or photo).

Protection from the sun – hat, sunglasses, long sleeve shirt or rash guard, biodegradable sunblock, etc.

Towel and change of clothes.

Comfortable shoes (flip flops or water shoes).

Camera (recommended only if waterproof).

Cash for tips and photo service.

DO NOT BRING ANY VALUABLES OR ITEMS THAT CAN NOT GET WET, lost items are very hard to find in the water.
NOTE
If you would like to take your cell phone on the excursion for photos, make sure it is waterproof or bring a Ziplock bag to store it in. Restrooms and showers are available at the marina before and after the excursion.

Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time at the meeting point. In case of late arrival time will be deducted from your tour.

We recommend bringing your own towel and dry clothes.

This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Duration: Tequila Tasting: 20-30 minutes, Boat Experience: 1, or 2 hours depending on your choice.
Return Details: Returns to the original departure point.

Tequila Tasting: Takes place before boarding the yacht.

You can cancel the reservation before 7 days of your experience and you will be able to get a full refund.If you cancel within less than 7 days up to 48 hours from the start of your experiences, you will get a 50% refund. Any cancellation with less time, arrive late, or do not show up, no refund will be offered. Changes are not allowed on the day of service or after the date. The modifications are subject to the availability of the schedule and day, you must notify us within a minimum of 48 hours to make the change. The provider reserves the right to delay or cancel visits in case of unexpected events impacting normal operations.
