Cancellations due to inclement weather are fully refundable only when the activity is suspended by the port authorities. If the port remains open and the activity has not been canceled by the relevant authorities, we will proceed as planned. If the customer decides to cancel their reservation due to perceived unfavorable weather, please note that this will be treated as a voluntary cancellation. As such, no refund will apply.

The packages are sold for two people.

Both activities in the combo take place at different locations.

You must be 18 years of age and present a valid photo ID in order to drive the speedboat and the Atv.

Children 0-4 yrs old are not allowed. Children 5 to 17 must be accompanied.

Maximum weight capacity is 530 lbs (240 kg) per speed boat.

No prior experience necessary in any activity.

An additional surcharge of 20 USD for the Dock Fee will be collected upon arrival. This extra charge is per person.

All customers must present a credit card and an ID matching the credit card holder at the moment of check in.

MUSA gallery at Punta Nizuc National Park is only open to intermediate and advanced swimmers and during favorable weather conditions.

People under the influence of drugs or any illegal substances are not allowed on the tour and are subject to NO REFUNDS.

We cannot exceed 2 participants per boat or atv (within the weight limit).

Activities are not recommended for people with limited mobility, recent surgeries, back or heart problems, pregnant women and those with vertigo.

For your own safety, our harness is adjustable and can be adapted according to the height and weight of our visitors. The minimum weight required for this activity is 45 kilograms (99 lbs) and the maximum authorized weight is 130 kilograms (286 lbs), and the harness belt circumference capacity is 120 centimeters (47”).

Minors who do not have the required weight for the zip-line activity, may carry out the activity with a guide.

The Combo Tour includes a guided speedboat and snorkeling tour, ATV rides, zip-lining, swimming in a cenote, safety equipment, transportation from the Marina to the park, snacks, and more.

The speedboat activities require good weather, but the ATV, zip-lining, and cenote activities will proceed regardless of weather conditions.

Transportation is included from the Marina to the ATV park, but you must arrange your own transport to the Marina Jungle Tour.

For safety reasons, personal cameras and cell phones are not allowed during activities. Photography services are available for purchase.

The entire tour lasts approximately 7 hours, which includes transportation, the speedboat activity, and the ATV, zip-line, and cenote experiences.

The activities in the park are very intense, so it is best to bring comfortable clothes and shoes, as well as a swimsuit. If you have water shoes, it will be ideal since you will be in constant contact with water and mud. If you do not have such footwear in our preparation zone, you can find the appropriate accessories for the activities.

Yes, each passenger must bring their towel and swimsuit, as well as their personal hygiene and personal care items. If you do not have a towel in our preparation zone, you can purchase one, as well as sunglasses, insect repellent, and other personal care accessories.

All the activities in the park can be carried out by children from 5 years old. The minor must remain under the supervision, company, and responsibility of their parents or guardians. In case of being under 5 years old, a family member must stay with the infant without carrying out activities.

The minimum age is 18 years, accompanied.

In order to climb and slide on our zip lines, it is necessary that the passenger does not weigh 130 kilos or 286 pounds. If this standard is exceeded, the visitor will not be able to carry out this activity.

All activities in the park involve effort and physical impact on the human body, so they will NOT be able to carry out these activities:

Pregnant women.

People with recent operations or surgeries (6 months).

People with muscle injuries in any part of the body.

People with a physical disability that prevents them from carrying out the activities.

Our park remains open in regular weather conditions of the Mexican Caribbean, such as torrential rain and spontaneous wind. However, the park may stop operations and close in natural disasters such as thunderstorms and hurricanes.
