Cancellations due to inclement weather are fully refundable only when the activity is suspended by the port authorities. If the port remains open and the activity has not been canceled by the relevant authorities, we will proceed as planned. If the customer decides to cancel their reservation due to perceived unfavorable weather, please note that this will be treated as a voluntary cancellation. As such, no refund will apply.

This tour is fully private for your group only.

To reserve the service, a deposit of 125 USD is required, the rest will be paid at the time of check-in, by bank transfer or cash.

For this activity it is important to be 30 minutes prior to your meeting time.

All customers must present your admission tickets, the credit card with which they made their purchase and an official ID that matches the cardholder, at the time of check-in.

It is required that everyone under the age of 18 be accompanied by an adult. Be sure to bring the ID of the minors if required.

Additional information

Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time at the meeting point. In case of late arrival time will be deducted from your tour. We recommend bringing your own towel and dry clothes. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. Remember: this tour doesn’t offer food or additional beverages. The tour is subject to favorable weather. If canceled due to bad weather, you can reschedule or receive a full refund. Dock Fee: $20 USD per person, payable in cash upon arrival.

You are welcome to bring additional refreshments. Dock fee is $300 Mexican pesos or $15 USD (per person). payable in cash upon arrival. Tequila Tasting: Takes place before boarding the yacht.

You can cancel the reservation before 7 days of your experience and you will be able to get a full refund.If you cancel within less than 7 days up to 48 hours from the start of your experiences, you will get a 50% refund.

Any cancellation with less time, arrive late, or do not show up, no refund will be offered.

Changes are not allowed on the day of service or after the date. The modifications are subject to the availability of the schedule and day, you must notify us within a minimum of 48 hours to make the change.
